Ductile iron pipe is primarily used for wastewater and water transportation. Ductile iron pipe is made of ductile iron and is known for its ductility, high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. ANSI/AWWA C150/A21.50 and ANSI/AWWA C151/A21.51 are the standards for the design and fabrication of ductile iron pipe for use with water and other pressurized liquids, and ASTM A746 is the standard for ductile iron gravity sewer pipe.

Solaire is a specialized manufacturer of Ductile Iron Pipes, and offers a wide range of products: Ductile Iron Pipes of various nominal diameters (DN80-DN2600), and highly functional joints such as seismic and restrained joints. Our long experience in technology has resulted in superior strength, durability and corrosion resistance of our Ductile Iron Pipes, which are today a key component of water supply infrastructure. Today we have exported iron pipes to many countries around the world. Solaire will continue to contribute to a more reliable and efficient water supply infrastructure around the globe.

Features

Overwhelming strength and high durability

Solaire's ductile iron pipes are known for their superior strength and high durability. Their strength and ductility provide a high level of security against internal and external pressures. In addition, high durability is achieved by casting centrifugal mortar liners and epoxy resin enamels and varnishes.

Variety of joints and thicknesses

Solaire offers a wide range of joints and thicknesses to meet a variety of needs and conditions. With our wide range of joint forms and piping varieties, including unique products such as restrained joints and hazardous elastic joints, it is possible to plan economically sound piping architectures.

Easy maintenance

Our ductile iron pipes have a low rate of accidents per unit depth of burial and few accidents occur during natural disasters. These pipes are very easy to maintain and can be repaired in a short period of time even if an accident is encountered.

Our technology

Hazard Resistant Water Pipe

Hazard Resilient Ductile Iron Pipe is characterized by the fact that even if ground displacement occurs, the joints between different pipes expand and contract, and deflection occurs at the joints. The joints will not come apart even if a strong force (such as a chain) is applied. The effectiveness of these disaster-resistant pipes has been proven in earthquakes as well as in various natural disasters such as typhoons and rainstorms. Even if the ground sinks or cracks, no damage is caused.

Advanced corrosion-resistant layer

In order to achieve a "longer service life", Solaire has developed a unique multi-layer anti-corrosion coating. This corrosion-resistant coating technology lasts for more than 70 years for the iron part and more than 30 years for the iron part, making the life expectancy of the cast iron pipe more than 100 years.

Installation Expertise

We have extensive experience installing ductile iron pipes and have expertise in a variety of installation methods, such as the pipe-in-pipe and casing methods. Our installation methods are characterized by minimal impact on road traffic and residents, lower risks, and shorter construction periods.
